Before you pack
- — Small-volume brand: assume no local parts and carry every wear item you can.
- — Alloy threads everywhere — a compact torque wrench genuinely pays off.

T-handle (8 mm or 8/10 combo)
Fastest tool in the kit for the bolts you actually touch trailside: bodywork, subframe, skid plate, bar clamps.
Spare clutch and brake lever
The first thing to snap in a tip-over, and the one break that genuinely ends the ride. World-champion enduro riders carry both in a bum bag.
Compact torque wrench (5–60 Nm)
Aluminium and magnesium threads strip easily. Worth the weight only if you'll do real maintenance (axles, engine covers) on the road.
