Before you pack

  • KTM-licensed engines on the 800 class: engine spares often cross-reference to KTM parts.
  • Fastener quality is the weak point — check torque regularly and carry replacements.

Always added for this brand

  • Spare nuts, bolts and washers (your bike's common sizes)

Bikes shed fasteners constantly. Walk around your bike and duplicate the M6/M8 bolts you see most.

  • Threadlocker (small blue tube)

Vibration is what actually loosens your bike apart. Blue on anything you refit trailside.

  • Spare fuses (full set of your bike's ratings)

A blown main fuse looks exactly like a dead bike. Grams, and it gets you home.
